Enrollment is valid upon full payment. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

We do not guarantee any specific professional outcome or business result. Our responsibility is limited to the scope of the training services provided.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to change course content, schedules, or pricing. Users will be notified in advance where applicable.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Geneva.

8. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
